By creating an Apex Velocity Spin account you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not register or use the app. Apex Velocity Spin is operated by Kris Kristiansen, trading as Apex Velocity Spin, a sole trader (not a limited company).

Apex Velocity Spin provides indoor cycling workout guidance, progress tracking, an optional leaderboard, and related features, free of charge. The free plan currently limits private classes. We may update or interrupt the service for maintenance, improvements, or operational reasons.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date. Public nicknames and leaderboard visibility are optional and controlled in Account Settings. You can delete your account there.

Workouts are guidance only and are not medical advice. Exercise within your limits. Stop if you feel unwell and consult a professional before starting a new fitness programme, especially if you have a health condition. Calorie and effort figures are estimates only.

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Notice. Registration uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Emails are sent via Resend. Please read the Privacy Notice before you create an account.

App design, branding, built-in workouts, and related materials remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your personal account content subject to the rights needed for us to provide the service.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of calorie or intensity estimates, or specific fitness results.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
